Spring loaded, combination low and high pressure relief vent with vacuum relief. The high pressure portion of the vent begins to open at 3.0 psig, and
is fully open at 5.0 psig. Vent capacity is 37,500 SCFH at 5.0 psig pressure, and 1,750 SCFH vacuum at -1.0 psig.
